WHM series low noise SMT amplifiers (LNA) have super
wide bandwidth with standard 6-pin leadless packages. Besides offering very low noise figure and wide
bandwidth, the LNA have high linearity and exceptional VSWR. The minimum noise figure is as low as
0.45 dB and IP3 beyond 34 dBm. The different models cover the frequency from kHz up to
18 GHz. The most amplifiers only need one external de-coupling capacitor and single DC power supply.
With these SMT Lna, a high performance LNA or PA can be designed in minutes with only required input and output 50 Ohm
line launches.
WHM series SMT power amplifiers (PA) have super
wide bandwidth with standard 6-pin leadless packages with one standard size of 0.20" x 0.40" x 0.080".
Besides offering very wide bandwidth and low noise, the PA provide exceptional linearity and gain flatness.
The output power ranges from 0.5 W to beyond 4.0 W and IP3 as high as 50 dBm. The different models cover
the frequency from kHz up to 3.0 GHz. The power amplifiers bring you the un-matched advantages
of convenient PA design, high volume SMT assembly, miniature size, and excellent thermal dissipation.
WHM series SMT limiter amplifiers have standard leadless packages.
The amplifiers have built-in input limiter for survilability up to 30 dBm input CW RF power.
